Blackberries smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 2 glasses
  • 1 roller
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries cup has 250 ml
  • 250 ml soya milk
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 15 leaves mint
  • 10 leaves nettle

Instructions

  • Carefully separate nettle leaves from a stem (wear gardening gloves).
  • Place nettle leaves on a cutting board and roll them over with a roller a few times.
  • Place leaves in a bowl with cold water and let them soak for 10 minutes.
  • Put all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth consistency.
