In times where real coffee was scarce blends of various roasted roots and nuts were used as a coffee substitute. We have come full circle since nowdays these types of coffees are sold in biological shops as a hipster product rather than a poor mans coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To add something extra to this coffee, we used hogweed (<em>Heracleum sphondylium<\/em>) seeds which have a resemblence to cardemom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img block;\">Heat your oven or airfyer to 200 degree celcious and roast the roots for a total of 24 minutes.
