Traditionally, they are filled with meat, mushrooms, and cabbage. Here we present a wild version with two mushrooms and late-spring greens:  wild garlic (<em>Allium ursinum<\/em>), narrow-leaf plantain (<em>Plantago lanceolata<\/em>), arugula (<em>Eruca
