In this recipe, we made a wild version of stamppot using mashed Jerusalem artichokes and wild garlic leaves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A classic way to serve this dish is to form a &#8220;well&#8221; of stamppot filled with gravy in the middle and sprinkled on top with small pieces of crunchy bacon. We used wild versions of <a href=\"https:\/\/chefofnature.com\/?p=1630\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/chefofnature.com\/?p=1630\">vegan bacon<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/chefofnature.com\/?p=780\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/chefofnature.com\/?p=780\">gravy<\/a> we described in earlier recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
